Approximately 18 hours of drying at an average temperature of 38–42°C.
MADE TO BE
ENJOYED PROPERLY.
10–12 minutes
Use 1 litre of water for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt, then add the pasta and stir. Cook for the indicated time, drain and dress to taste.
